Habbo Safety Operations - Code of Conduct

 

 

Section 1. The Official Rules of the H.S.O.

Basic Rule
• Basically follow the HabboWay!

HSO Rules
1. Never ask for Rights, Pay or Promotions.
2. Never disobey orders, double job or self promote.

3. Never disrespect others, swear, curse or discriminate.
4. Never use any effects within the HSO.
5. Never spam or type in all capital letters.
6. Never enter base without the correct badge, uniform and motto.
7. Never go afk/brb at FTF, FTS or the transfer desk.
8. Out of respect, always call High Ranks: "Sir" or "Ma'am", unless they say different.
9. Be loyal to HSO & achieve more.

Section 2. Commands

FTF - Fill The Front (Fill the front desks)

FTS - Fill The Security (Fill the security gate control)

FTB - Fill The Back (Fill the seats at the back)

FTT - Fill The Training (Fill the training)

BTB - Back To Base (Go back to the base)

Attention!/ATT - Stand up and wave once

Attention, "Name"! - Only "Name" stands up, waves once and says: "yes Sir/Ma'am".

AE - At Ease (continue what you were doing)

Section 3. Badge, Uniform & Motto Policy

• 3.0 Badge:

- Always wear the correct badge. This is the Badge that goes with your rank.

• 3.1 Uniform:

--- Always wear the correct Uniform suited to which department you're in.

 - Note: All uniforms are shown in base.

Security Department

- Shirt Blue

Trainings Department

- Shirt dark brown

Fire Department

- Shirt dark red

Medical Department

- Shirt medical green

Police Department

- Shirt Light Blue

- Shirt olive green

--- High Ranks are free to choose their own uniform/suit.

• 3.2 Motto:

- Always have the correct motto on (self promotions are not allowed).

Section 4. Promotions Policy

 

• 4.0 Promotions Time:

Promotions are the basic line for the Habbo Safety Operations, without promotions we would not have a great team! There is a limitation as to how often you can be promoted which is listed below.
 

Low Ranks - Junior Class & Middle Class
Operations –10 Minutes
Security – 20 Minutes

Training – 30 Minutes
Fire / Medical / Police / Military – 40 Minutes

Safety – 50 Minutes
Development – 1 Hour

Elite Forces – 2 Hours

Tactical – 4 Hours

Incident Coordination – 6 Hours

High Ranks - High Class*

C7 Higher Company Management – 12 Hours

C6 Emergency Services Control – 1 Days

C5 Environment Protection – 5 Days

C4 Research – 10 Days

C3 Administration – 20 Days

C2 Directorate – 1 Month

C1 Presidential / Executive – Only if a Senior Member promotes you when available.

*If a department is full your promotion will be on hold.

Promotion lines will also be available with a Senior Class member’s permission.

• 4.1 Promotions Registration:

All promotions given should be registrated:

Use the Portal to registrate the person you are promoting.

- Search the users name.

- Select the right rank.

- Click the Promote button!

• 4.2 Promotions Limit

 - Junior Class & Lower Middle Class/Low Ranks aren't allowed to promote people.

 - Senior Class/Top Ranks are allowed to promote people up until Senior Class itself.

 - The other Classes (1-10) have a limit until which department they can promote:

C7 - up to Junior Class - Safety

C6 - up to Middle Class - Development

C5 - up to Middle Class - Elite Forces

C4 - up to Middle Class - Tactical

C3 - up to Class 6 - ESC

C2 - up to Class 4 - Research

C1 - up to Class 2 - Directorate

Section 5. Trainings Policy

Trainings are done by everyone who is within the Trainings Department or higher.

After people are trained, these training should be registrated on the [HSO] Trainings Forum.

All promotions given should be registrated:

The Trained person will registrate himself to the Portal.

He will fill in who has trained him.

- A portal admin will then only need to activate his account.

All trainings given should be registrated:

Section 6. Transfer Policy

​In order to transfer to HSO, people must have the next:

 - ID badge with atleast 200 members on it.

 - The right badges suiting their rank.

 - A website of the former agency.

 

When will we deny your transfer?

 - If the agency they are currently at is on the National Punishment list, their transfer will be denied.

 - If they are on the National Punishment list, their transfer will be denied.

 - If they work at one of our Alliances, their transfer will be denied.

 - If we've noticed they are a 'Job hopper' we will consider to deny them.

Who can Transfer?

 - The Director of the Transfer Team will decide who can transfer

  - Are you lower then C6, you will need a founders approval

Section 7. Pay Policy

 

• 7.0 Daily Pay

Pay System

+1 Pay Point for being in base, given per 30mins.
+1 Pay Point for every promotion!

+2 Pay Points when promoted to a new department!
+1 Pay Point can be awarded by OOA+ (C3+) for extremely hard work/contribution.

   - this must be logged, can be received every 4+ hours.

+2 Pay Points per person scouted!

   - this must be logged in the scouting log.

Extra Pay Points

Extra Pay Points can be gained:

- Taking a part in the HSO events.

- Doing duties within the Special Units.

  - Transfer Team: Transfering (+1P.P. per transfer)

  - External Affairs: Creating Alliances (+1P.P. per Alliance)

  - Events Team: Hosting Events (+1P.P. per Event)

  - Internal Affairs: Sorting Problems or Helping Staff (+1P.P. per Solved Problem/Help Given)

If pay can't be given or they don't want pay, they can get a promotion/double promotion depending on their rank:

- Everyone at the Safety Department or below can get 2 promotions instead.

- Everyone Higher then the Safety Department can get 1 promotion instead.

- High Class C8 - C5 can only get PAID. No promotions given.

- High Class C4 - Senior Class don't get paid!

Pay System Normal Pay Targets:
5 Pay Points - 1c
10 Pay Points - 3c
15 Pay Points - 5c

20 Pay Points - 7c

25 Pay Points - 9c

30 Pay Points - 11c

40 Pay Points - 20c (Bonus +9)

50 Pay Points - 30c (Bonus +10)

75 Pay Points - 40c (Bonus +10)

100 Pay Points - 50c (Bonus +10)
 

To be eligible for pay you:
- Must have been in base 45 mins prior to pay.
- Must have a trading pass.
- Must have been seen working by the Payer within the last 45 minutes before pay.
- Must have at least 45 minutes online time — People who have less than 45 minutes online time need 3 vouches from other members of HSO who have an online time of at least 45 minutes to claim their pay as they would be witnesses.

 

• 7.1 Daily Pay or Maximum Pay

When is Pay?:

- Pay is based on a request via the Portal.

- If you have earned enough Pay Points to get paid, you can request pay within the portal.

- Once one of our Founders is on, and they see the request they will pay you and remove the Pay Points from the portal.

- You can save up your pay until you hit 100 points (Maximum P.P.), if you do this the chance is big you wont be daily paid.

Section 8. Alliance Policy

To create an alliance with the HSO, the agency must have at least 200 members and then contact the Director of the External Affairs Department (Director of EA) or someone with a higher rank.

Once the alliance is set, the allied agency/military/group/organisation will be allowed to join our alliance badge. Which gives them access into our base.

- We don't transfer members from our Alliance.

- We don't accept people from us, transfering to our Alliances.

- Alliances are allowed to help us populate the room, and help us on FTF only.

- Likewise we will help them when there is a need.

- Alliances will not let people join who have left us within 72hours (3 days).

- Alliances will not hire people who were fired from the HSO.

Outside of the HSO base,in our members free time we do not control on what they possibly say negative about our alliances. If one of our alliances notices this, best tell a founder of the HSO.

We aren't responsible for people off duty.

Section 9. VIP & Executive Guest Policy

The HSO allows VIP in their special HR+ area only, to become a VIP you'll have to pay to a Founder member only. Regular VIP = 20c & Ex-members/Alliances = 10c.

The HSO allows Executive Guests in their base.

Executive Guests are not allowed to do work or troll at the front desks or at any of the other stations.

Executive Guests are either old members of the HSO, close & supportive friends, sponsors or people that paid to a Founder. Regular EG = 50c & Ex-members/Alliances = 25c. HR+ of Alliances get if for free.

Section 10. Demotions Policy

By violating our rules or the Habbo way. You will be warned 2 times.

If you deny both warnings, you will be demoted. All Class 10 up to Senior Class members are allowed to give warnings and only Class 4 up to Senior Class members are allowed to demote.

Within the HSO we use a 4 Strike System:

- 1st Warning

- 2nd Warning

- Demotion

- Fired

Warning + Demotions do not apply for those who are double jobbing or disloyalty to the HSO.

(This includes not showing up at all or showing up for once in a while)

In these cases you will be FIRED straight.

Section 11. Firings Policy

By violating our rules or the Habbo way. You will be warned 2 times.

If you deny both warnings, you will be demoted. Once you violate our rules or the Habbo way again after being demoted, you will be fired. Only Senior Class members can fire people, a Class 1 member however can tell a Senior Class member about what has happend.

Every fired member should be registrated and also be put on the list of National Punishment.

Warning + Demotions do not apply for those who are double jobbing or disloyalty to the HSO.

(This includes not showing up at all or showing up for once in a while)

In these cases you will be FIRED straight.

Section 12. Sales Policy

Only the Founders are allowed to sell VIP, EG or Ranks.

75% of the earned money by each member should be put forward to the HSO.

*why? For organisation development and pay.

Section 13. Executive Department

The Executive Department only has one position in it, the Executive Director.

This is a Class 1 rank and this rank can only be gained by being elected for it.

Only Class 4 up to Class 2 members can run for this position. The length of the person holding this rank will be decided by the Senior Class members.

Section 14. Founders Secretary

Basicly the Founders representatives.

They act on behalf of a Founder, if approven by one of the Founders.

Section 15. The Co-Founders & Founders

The Co-Founders & Founders own and oversee the HSO.

Questions about the HSO or anything that is on the website can be asked to any of the Secretary's, Co-Founders or Founders. Only the Founders are allowed to sell ranks, VIP or EG.

Section 16. Badge Admin & Room Rights Policy

When will you get Badge Admin or Room Rights?

 

Badge admin is for all those within Class 7+

 - Class 7 will get BA up to the Operations badge

 - Class 6 will get BA up to the Security badge

 - Class 5 will get BA up to the Training badge

 - Class 4 will get BA up to the Development badge

 - Class 3 will get BA up to the Management badge

 - Class 2 will get BA up to the Environment Protection badge

 - Class 1 will get BA up to the OOA badge

 - Senior Class will get BA up to the Executive badge

 - Founders only will get it to all badges

Room Rights are only given to Founders

Section 17. Coloured Chat Policy

Senior Class: Pink Chat & Purple Chat

High Class: Blue Chat & Red Chat

- Transfer: Grey Chat

Middle Class: Yellow Chat

Junior Class: Standard/White Chat

- Security: Green Chat

Section 18. Special Units Policy

At HSO we have 4 Special Units:

- Transfer Team -- They handle all the transfers.

- Events Team -- They host events for our members to earn Extra Pay Points or Promotions.

- External Affairs Team - They handle our contact & connection with Alliances.

- Internal Affairs Team - They handle all the intern stuff. They also handle the complaints from our staff.

To Join one of the Special Units you need to contact the Director of the Specific Special Unit.

 

Section 19. Medals of Extinguishing, Care, The Law or Honour

What is a Medal?

- A medal is a special achievement you can gain during your job at the HSO.

When do you get a Medal?

- When you finish one of these 4 departments:

Medal of Extinguishing

- Fire Deparment

Medal of Care

- Medical Department

Medal of the Law

- Police Department

Medal of Honour

- Military Department

Section 20. Medals of Middle & High Class

What is a Medal?

- A medal is a special achievement you can gain during your job at the HSO.

How to receive a Medal?

- When you become a part of one of these 2 divisions:

Medal of Support

- Becoming a part of the Middle Class Division

Medal of Loyalty

- Becoming a part of the High Class Division
